Hughes Construction Company is growing and has an immediate opening for an Office Manager. The primary role of this position is client relations and managing the daily office operations for our company. The position requires good communication skills, as well as the ability to problem solve and think outside the box. This is a flexible position of at least 25hrs per week in office and up to 40hrs per week.
Day to day task include: Installing building materials, loading/unloading trucks, site cleanup, hand digging, moving site materials, loading/unloading tools, truck maintenance
Construction Industry Experience Required, Valid Driver’s License required. CDL preferred, Ability to pull a trailer with equipment, Demonstrated problem solving skills, Proven experience with operating heavy equipment, Proven record of leadership in the field as a foreman or equivalent, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, Experience reading and executing engineering designs a plus, Must have reliable transportation daily, Ability to pass background check and drug screen
