Breaking into the construction field can be challenging without experience. That’s why we’re committed to teaching you everything you need to know about foundation repair. If you have a basic knowledge of hand tools and a mechanical aptitude, we will provide hands-on training to ensure you master:

Our owner/operator holds a degree in Construction Management and Engineering and has decades of experience. We primarily follow designs from licensed structural engineers, meaning you’ll learn the right way to do things the first time, gaining a solid foundation in engineering principles that will help you excel in any construction-related career.

Daily Tasks Include:

  • Installing building materials
  • Material pickup and delivery
  • Loading and transporting equipment
  • Loading/unloading trucks
  • Site cleanup
  • Hand digging
  • Moving site materials
  • Loading/unloading tools
  • Facility maintenance
  • Truck and equipment maintenance
  • Additional duties as assigned

Employment Requirements:

  • Must be 24 years or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check
