This home had a concrete porch that was settling, which caused it to rotate against the foundation, causing their foundation wall to bow inward. The most economical solution was to remove the concrete and replace it with a wood structure to blend in with the surrounding decks. Due to equipment access restrictions all of this work was completed by hand but was still able to be completed in just two days. Once the exterior patio was removed, any interior cracks were cut out and re tuck pointed.
