Hughes Construction Company was hired to excavate 30 lineal feet along the rear of the foundation and two additional window wells that were approximately 24″ in depth.
Additionally, 142 lineal feet of new schedule 40 solid pipe was installed along the rear fence, which was then daylighted at the rear of the property, allowing for water to be carried away from the foundation. New 24″ window wells were installed on all windows that were excavated.
