Hughes Construction Company excavated along the front, left side and rear of the property down to the footer. Exterior foundation wall was sealed with waterproofing material . The new 4″ footer drain was daylighted at an existing storm run off in the front corner of the property. Another 4″ of solid piping was connected to all of the downspouts on the property and daylighted to the existing storm run off in the in the front corner of the property. After all drainage systems were installed the excavated areas were covered in 1″ drainage gravel to facilitate drainage. All concrete removed for excavation purposes were then replaced with fiber reinforced class c concrete. The rear yard was re-graded to create a swale leading away from the house and topsoil, seed and straw were placed on effected grass areas.
