Hughes Construction was hired to repair the foundation after a design engineer from Buyers Protection Group set forth the specifications needed for the repair. The front porch slab remained in place while the foundation under it was replaced with eight inch block concrete block and filled completely solid with concrete. After the walls were built the exterior foundation was sealed with HLM 5000 and capped with dimple board to facilitate drainage. A schedule 40 drain line was installed and daylighted at the rear of the property. Once that was complete a new sidewalk and steps will be replaced and effected grass areas received seed and straw .
