Hughes Construction Company was contracted to tear out and replace a garage floor that was sinking. Buyers Protection Group specified that rebar be placed into the new garage floor slab and tied into the foundation walls. Hill Top Ready Mix provided the fiber reinforced (added strength) concrete for the new garage slab that we poured. Hughes Construction also tore out the existing asphalt driveway and replaced it with a concrete driveway which included a drain near the garage entrance to take care of any water that would previously pond. The concrete for the driveway which included the fiber for added strength as well was purchased from All-Rite Ready Mix. The equipment used for the demolition of the driveway and garage slab was rented from Arts Rental.
