This commercial property was being converted into a church and Boys/Girls Club. The floor below an existing stage had dropped up to three inches, which was slab jacked by Arrow Concrete Lifting to its original location.The basement had severe water seepage so Hughes Construction excavated the rear foundation wall and installed a new drainage system. Schedule 40 drain tile was connected to a new sump pump which was pumped directly to existing down spout lines.  The interior foundation cracks were injected with structural epoxy to prevent further movement.
