Project Details
 

To accommodate the new garage door, we completed the following work:

  • Precision Concrete Saw Cutting: We carefully saw cut the interior (20′ x 20′) and exterior (30′ x 30′) concrete. This ensured clean and accurate edges for removal.
  • Concrete Removal: Our team removed the designated sections of concrete to create the required space for the garage door installation.

 

 

  • Concrete Re-Pour: We poured new concrete at a raised elevation. The work included 6″ of fiber-reinforced Class C (city-grade) concrete to meet durability and safety standards.
  • Reinforcement for Long-Term Durability: To prevent future separation, we installed 20′ 5/8″ steel bars spaced 12″ on-center across the entry.
  • Professional Finishing: The interior concrete received a smooth finish, while the exterior was finished with a broom texture. Finally, we applied a sealer and cure for optimal performance.
